Mike Penny joined the Century 21 B.J Roth Realty hockey team! He had an amazing time participating in the york-simcoe celebrity classic for Easter Seals hockey event! The event raised $168, 000 for the great cause. Way to go team!

The North Link Team was proud to present another annual family photo appreciation day on October 3rd, 2021. This day is a way for us to show our appreciation for the support we have received over the past year. It was a great day with not only our clients but also our business partners and friends that have come along with us on our journey. Thank you to everyone who attended we couldn’t have asked for a better day!

Mike and Alicia spent a great afternoon participating in a Dancing with the Stars event to raise money for Easter Seals. The event raised $44, 000 in support of the great cause, while they enjoyed dancing the day away!

Alicia and Mike from The North Link Team spent an amazing afternoon at the Bear Creek Golf Club participating in the Habitat Fore Humanity event. The North Link Team loves getting out and supporting great causes within their community.

A comfortable evening spent at home, watching the comedy stylings of Laurie Elliott and headliner Jean Paul, also served to benefit the local area. All proceeds from this virtual comedy night, hosted by the Rotary Club of Barrie-Huronia, went straight back to supporting community events and initiatives.

Alicia and Mike from the North Link Real Estate Team ended the year like many others. They virtually welcomed 2021 while supporting local. Wine Journey’s Trent Mayers & Restaurant Bacio Trattoria hosted a food and wine tasting menu. The food & wine was picked up curb side & the rest of the evening was online. It’s great to see local businesses thinking outside the box!

Alicia has joined forces with her husband, Mike Penny to create the North Link Real Estate Team. They offer a one stop solution for all your real estate needs. Alicia’s primary focus is still Residential Real Estate, and Mike’s focus is on Investment Real Estate and Property Management. They had a family photo day to celebrate their new team.

The world looks a little different. That doesn’t stop Rotarian’s from staying in touch to find new & creative ways to raise money, and give back to the community.

The North Link team was saddened to postpone our annual Easter Egg Hunt due to the Covid19. Hopefully we can see you all again next year!

It was a fabulous night celebrating all of Century 21 B.J Roth’s top producing realtor. Alicia is in the top 15th percent of income producing realtors in the company.

The Rotary Club of Barrie-Huronia hosted an incredible charity gala in support of RHV, YMCA and other local charities.
